Forty-seven designers have completed their decorated space and have redesigned the Edward H. Webster House, located at 164 Lincoln Pkwy in the City of Buffalo. The house will be open to the public showings until May 17th.

Jazz students of newly appointed Director of Jazz Ensembles at UB, George Caldwell will perform works for various ensembles.

THU 4/30 Broccoli Samurai
w/ Mike & Dave of Aqueous

Iron Works | 9pm | $5

The Cleveland Jamtronica/EDM group, Broccoli Samurai will be holding down the grooves and dance beats this Thursday at Iron Works. Members of Buffalo’s own “groove rock” band, Aqueous will give a unique acoustic performance.

FRI 5/1 Peggy Farrell

Gypsy Parlor | 7pm | $5

The legendary jazz singer, Peggy Farrell has been gracing audiences with her beautiful voice for more than 60 years. On Friday night, she’ll be singing at Gypsy Parlor.

FRI 5/1 The Heritage

Iron Works | 10:30pm | free

The Heritage is on a fast rise to becoming one of Buffalo’s favorite country acts. They’ll be performing at Iron Works for a free show late on Friday night.

5/2 - 5/9 Buffalo Cherry Blossom Festival

Japanese Gardens in Delaware Park

The 2nd Annual Buffalo Cherry Blossom Festival will feature live music in the Garden, a Cherry Jam music session, pink boat rides in Mirror Lake, talks by the Buffalo Olmstead Park Conservancy, and much more. See buffalocherryblossomfestival.org for a complete list of events.

SAT 5/2 Consider the Source

Waiting Room | 9pm | $10-$13

Consider The Source stands out from any other band you’ve seen lately. They draw influences from progressive rock, fusion and jazz, with futuristic sounds soaked in Indian and Middle Eastern styles. They’ll be performing at the Waiting Room on Saturday evening.
